Harris Platinum SSPA 1/4 Module Channel 6 - $45 - (Cooperstown, ND)

Harris Platinum SSPA 1/4 Module removed from transmitter that was taken out of service. Each module has 4 ON4402H LDMOS transistors on the module. These are the low frequency modules and are tuned for channel 6. They run off a 50 volt supply. I have a number of these available. Shipping is within the Continental US only and shipping is per module.
