I have been in the foam fabricating business for over 33 years and can now pass that experience on to you. To cut new cushions: 1. Lay current seat in cover on foam 2. Trace around perimeter of cushion 3. Using surrated knife or electric knife cut out cushion. 4. Unstuff old foam insert and stuff new insert in its place Most cushions will have a dacron fiber wrap envelope around the cushion.
