It includes the yarn and floss, the needle, and the stamped fabric. The picture/info paper and fabric does have wrinkles and bends in it, (they will be folded for shipment). It has overall wear from storage. Markings/Measurements: Cut size is 24"X 28" and framing size is 20" X 24" as stated on the info/picture paper. The brand is Bucilla and it says Made in U.S.A. Please look at pictures for more details about the item. Most of what I sale is used and I do not know what type of house it came out of(smoking, pets, etc).
