This is a vintage Selmer C* Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece with scroll shank. The mouthpiece is in great condition and plays wonderfully. The tip, rails and table all look good. Comes with Selmer ligature and Selmer cap. I don’t know if they are original to this piece but the cap at least looks like it could be.
