In good used working condition..Does have a lot of scuffs and scratches on screen and rest of gampad as you would expect with this kind of plastic...but does not effect gameplay.. Battery keeps a good charge and throwing in a sec new battery that i have not used yet.. includes base and usb cable which you can just use a standard phone charging plug which is not included..Ships out within 24 hours accept weekends..Thanks for looking..
