Shows wear as seen in pictures, I took very large pictures and tried to point out the flaws. Has some old duct tape on back where vinyl was seperating. No key, but the latching mechanism still works just fine. The handle moves freely and is NOT loose. Still lots of use left in it. This a large item and not the easiest to ship, so keep that in mind when looking at the price, never mind the fact that these are not made anymore. FREE SHIPPING.
