This sale is for one of the two. Did try it very briefly and both worked. The unit has an adjustable limiting switch in both directions, so it can be used to pull cable to a certain distance and then it stops and it reverses direction. It can be used for other functions such as door opener, sliding roof, ramps, and so on. Both are missing connection box cover and some or all of the half circle bracket, shown in the last photo (I believe similar brackets available at plumbing or electrical supply stores).
