excellent pair of kozuka SHAKUDO!! Both kozukas are signed by the artist!! VERY RARE! and a great find. shakudo was a mixed metal alloy the japanese used that consisted of mixing solid gold with copper. this was used in only high end sword fittings. generally second only to solid gold. one is depicting insects, one being a wasp or hornet. the other some sort of scene maybe from a legend or poem. it is interesting that the boaters seem to be drinking and smoking. great inlay and carving work. will ship overseas if contacted first with additional shipping. 2 week satisfaction guarantee. buyer to pay return ship, items must be received as sent.
