Bart Reiter Banjos - Standard Open-Back This Bart Reiter 11" Standard Open-Back Banjo sports incredible build quality and a no-frills appearance that means business with a bright, yet full tone. Sitting in a sort of sweet spot in the Bart Reiter lineup, this Standard combines a 11" pot similar to our shop favorite Buckbee, with the gorgeous neck and headstock we've come to enjoy on the Roundpeak. The neck here is Mahogany with an Ebony fingerboard, and a bone nut. This is a 26 1/4" scale length banjo and features a traditional peghead and a scooped neck—plus it comes with a full set up from one of our luthiers. 2-Ply Laminated Maple 11" rim with Walnut cap, and 24 L-Shoe brackets Rolled Brass tone ring and Elite head 26 1/4" scale length Mahogany neck with brown stain Scooped Ebony fingerboard with 17 nickel silver frets and dot inlays Traditional peghead shape and neck contour with Pearl Star peghead inlay 1 1/4" nut width, Bone 5/8" Ebony-topped bridge with No-Knot tailpiece 4 Planetary tuning pegs with geared 5th peg Case available upon request
