Dacor SimmerSafe Simmer Plate Model ASP10 - $45 - (Murphysboro, IL)

Dacor "SimmerSafe" Simmer Plate (model ASP10) for Dacor gas ranges with 5-fingered grates. This is a 10 inch round and 3/8 inch thick aluminum plate with black anodized finish on the top. This was used mainly for holding pots on the range for standby (hence all the edge wear). Can be used to safely simmer and hold the temps of soups, sauces, and pastas without the risk of burning them.
