So many people are asking for me to ship this engine so I had to raise the price for free shipping. Used John Deere hit n miss engine for sale. Ser# 285814 made in 1928 in a custom crate. Engine has great compression and a nice hot spark on the magneto. Engine starts good and runs fine. Has had a repair on the gas tank seal and does not leak to the out side. I have tried to take pictures of the engine so you can be the judge. NO SHIPPING OUT OF THE U.S.. Free shipping in the U.S where there is a and to a " Fastenal store" ONLY, you need to pick up this crate / pallet there. I put some time and love into this custom shipping crate not only are you getting a nice engine you are getting a crate you can ship it any place you like. Just unscrew the fasteners for the plywood cover ( the top cover or the whole cover can come off) and the engine can be run on the pallet it is bolted to or unbolt the cart wheels off the pallet and run it on them.
