These are 12 inch tall Loblolly pine seedling plugs, not bare root .This means earlier planting (November)without waiting for dormancy. Seedling plugs are small potted plants with soil surrounding the roots which insures better survival and faster growth rate. Each plug is about 1.5 inches x 4 inches with 12 inches of stem above the root plug which allows for easy planting without j-rooting. All seedlings are improved and certified disease free.
