We opened the package to examine the contents and test the organizer; as shown, the organizer powers up and works perfectly. The package appears to have been opened in order to cut out the UPC code (probably for a rebate). The organizer screen, keys, and battery compartment are all flawless; data cable has never been unwrapped, batteries are still sealed, and instructions are still in original plastic.
