Antique Trinket Box Hand Painted Porcelain - $45 - (Russell, PA)

The bottom of the dish could likely be cleaned up but I did not want to risk removing any trace of a mark that may be discernible to someone more knowledgeable than I. This is a pretty little thing approx. 3 inches diameter. I think the missing paint is just the way it was manufactured/hand painted.
