Drash A/C & Heat Unit w/23KW Generator Military Air Conditioner Mobile Trailer - $5,999 - (Kamas, UT)
Here we have a complete DRASH Trailer mounted HVAC system and Turbo Diesel Generator. These units were designed to power and heat/cool military mobile command centers in tents in all climatic conditions. The pictures are when we bought it and it has been cleaned and serviced since they were taken. The trailer is a heavy duty off road capable trailer with HMMWV wheels and tires (look new). The trailer has hydraulic shocks and torsion axles. It has a front mounted folding jack with wheel. It is equipped with a pintle hitch. It has dual hydraulic brakes and a surge braking system. It also has dual hand brakes that control each wheel brake independently. Lastly is has dual rear landing gear to stabilize the trailer when disconnected from a tow vehicle. The lighting is all LED. The overall condition is very good. The CARC tan paint is sun faded and there are scrapes and dings from use and storage. Some of the LED lights are damaged but a readily available from many sources. The wiring will need some attention as well. The generator unit is a Perkins Turbo Diesel powered unit with 200 or so hours on the hour meter. The unit had sat for some time in an Army depot and when we got it the pump was frozen. We installed a new $2000.00 pump and she fired right up and purred like a kitten! The Generator is a powerfull 23KW or 27KVA unit with full digital control and autonomous safety features. It is designed to run continuously for months and years. It has a large internal fuel tank and can pull from an external tank of any size with an on-board auxiliary pump. It is water cooled. This puts out 208V 3-phase and 1-phase power as well. The start system is 24V and includes and onboard TRACE battery maintainer that is 110V powered. There is also a 110V block heater system. This unit is also able to preheat from the internal batteries to fire up in any climatic conditions. Spec batteries are dual Optima RedTops (not included).
