Antique 7 Inch Figurine of Nell Gwyn, Mistress of Charles II - $10 - (Tennille, GA)

My late mother’s notes only identify this as a figurine of Nell Gwyn, 1650-87, famously the mistress of Charles II. She is about 7 inches tall. The forward brim of her hat is broken and somewhat crudely repaired. “Pretty, witty” Nell is depicted selling oranges which she is said to have done in the theatre before becoming an actress at age 14 and later the King’s lover.
