Antique Milk Glass “Snail” Inkwell/Pen Rest, Rare & Stunning This is a very unusual “snail” inkwell from the 1800’s featuring a milk glass snail which contrasts beautifully with the bronze base. The inkwell/ pen rest measures 4 ½” high by 5” front to back and 2 ½” in width. The snail is in near perfect condition with no cracks or chips. The patina on the metal base is wonderful! It will hold three pens as well as ink.
