In the center you have Napolean who is throwing a tray of china to the floor and exclaims..."Avant 3 mois je briserai votre monarchie, comme de brise cette porcelaine" said in 1797.... In English it is "Before 3 months, I will break your monarchy, as this china breaks." The rim features three Napoleonic N's on a shield and a crowned eagle in a framed circle with flags on either side. It is well marked on the back as seen in photo. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks! It measures 7.5 inches in diameter, the perfect size for display or use!
