French Gilt Large Oval Repeater Carriage Clock - $4,000 - (East Bridgewater, MA)

Here is a very strong running french repeater carriage clock. The exterior should be polished. It is 5 3/4 inches tall without the handle. 5 inches wide 4 inches deep and oval shaped. Very fine detailed engraving over the entire clock. Dial is 3 inches wide x 3 1/5 inches tall. Two coil gongs and has alarm . I can't find a maker but it is a french high quality movement and is signed on the dial, MACKAY & CUNNINGHAM & Co. Has a small chip on rear glass door, bottom left. also small chip on top right corner of the dial and glass. Can't be seen unless you tip it back to look at the dial.
