Up for your consideration is an antique Westclox Ben Hur style 1 alarm clock. These clocks were produced from November 1926 until January 1932. This particular clock was produced on 6-19-25/28. This is unusual as there are 2 year dates stamped on the movement. It is stamped 6-19-28 and behind the 28 the #25 is stamped. Clock is in excellent used condition- glass crystal is excellent, dial is bright-with only slight spots of discoloration, inner brass bezel ring is excellent with zero oxidation, bezel and clock case are excellent and bright with very minimal oxidation, slight dent on bezel at the 12 o'clock position-barely noticeable, clock base is excellent with tiny chip at the left front corner-barely noticeable, back plate is bright- very minimal oxidation which is due to user wear. Measures 4.75 inches tall. Is accurate within an acceptable time frame when wound in proper intervals and the alarm functions properly. Has been cleaned and oiled, however as with any vintage clock it may need to be fully serviced at some point in time. See pictures as they are part of the description.
