VINTAGE COMPLETE 12-MONTH MORRELL1947 CALENDAR, "FLOWERS OF OUR LAND", ARTIST EDNA REINDEL See photos. This 1947 calendar is in good condition. Each month features images of Edna Reindel's original lithographs. There is a tear at the bottom of the advertisement on the last page, due to its being longer than other pages. This tail-end advertisement that reads WM. Bickerstaff. It does not affect the image of December's flowers or the calendar dates. This calendar has not been written upon. Since there is a limit of 12 for photos to post, I can attach the January page for anyone who emails me. I thought it would be best to share the front page, as it describes the artist and her flower series. So there was only room for 11 months on Ebay. Will mail in safe USPS tube. Definitely a keepsake. Edna Reindel's lithographs are a collector's item. In 1947 the John Morrell meat company contracted with the noted artist to do a series titled "Flowers of Our Land" for their calendar. It was Morrell's policy to choose a different artist annually. Edna Reindel lived from 1900-1990. Her art is widely collected and known. The full calendar sheet measures 25 5/8" by 14" and the print itself (with border) measures 17 1/2" by 14". Four of the months contain Morrell ads at the bottom.
