overall good used condition with some obvious signs of use and light wear. This is missing a cotter key as seen, otherwise complete i believe, but am not certain contains the bar in great shape, the two wheels in good shape, they do have some wear though, small wheel placement bar as seen and one cotter key. includes outer carrying case in good shape does have some wear though and also has something loose inside case making a rattling sound, i do not see where its damaged, but something rattling inside case. I obtained this second hand from a business closeout sale, and do not know its history or much about the cost of these, but see one sold for $250 dollars plus shipping on ebay, so that is how i am basing my asking price.
