The unit was manufactured by JVC and always professionally maintained. Please note the unit plays 3/4" tapes only and does not have the capability to record. This is an extremely low-mileage VCR and built like a tank. I gave the VCR a good test and everything works properly. I also removed the top cover to view the components and tape threading process. Everything looks to be in brand new condition. Keep in mind the unit must be picked up due to its weight. - Jim
