HUMPBACK DOME STEAMER TRUNK with FAUX ALLIGATOR SKIN EXTERIOR 34"L x 19"D x 20"H For sale is a late 1800s amazing Victorian era restored HUMPBACK DOME STEAMER TRUNK with Faux Alligator Skin Exterior. The trunk is rust free and looks great from all angles!Reportedly manufactured in or around Knoxville, TN in the 1890’s. The exterior of this Victorian trunk includes wood slats decorated with tin. This Dome Top Trunk comes with the Original Lift Out Tray. The trunk interior and insert tray is covered in what is believed to be the original fabric. An original Victorian period Lithograph of a two Women in 19th Century attire has been attached to the inside of the lid.Four small wheels on the bottom of the wood slats roll the trunk. The side leather handles at the short ends of the trunk are intact. Metal clasps on the front are broken, but the trunk closes tight. No Key included.Overall, for its age, the trunk is in Excellent Condition.
