52'- 3" bucket elevator / grain elevator, engineered tower - $10,145 - (Shelbyville, IN)
For sale is a 52' - 3" bucket elevator (total height), distributor and downspouts in very good condition. It is a Hance Corporation leg, model 390GH, seriel # 95692352. It is rated at 390 bph, but the manufacturer said that could be increased. We used it for 2 years to load our bean meal bin, but used it a couple of times to move corn (700 bph). The electric is 3 hp, 208-230/460v, 3 phase and it has 4"x8" buckets spaced every 6". Distance from leg discharge to ground is 50' and from distributor to ground is 47'. It comes with a engineered galvanized tower (53'-9")we had specifically built for the leg. The engineered blueprints come with the tower.You can't install guide wires, beams and concrete for less than the cost of this leg/tower package; and there's not wires to constantly battle. The tower and leg come apart in sections for transport. Our local grain equipment dealer (Bruning Enterprises, Shelbyville) has given a quote of $2,500 for a crew and crane to remove the leg and tower if the buyer doesn't want to perform the work themselves. The buyer is responsible for the removal of both structures. A certificate of insurance liability will need to be presented prior to removal if the buyer removes the structures themselves.
