The diamonds are set in silver to enhance their sparkle and the wires, backs of the top sections and the dangly loop are in 18k gold. The hearts are solid silver, not hollow. They are in excellent original condition without replacement or repair and measure just over 1 1/4" long (33mm) x just over 1/2" (13mm).
