The stone is a genuine hand carved resin covered green turquoise. It is 18K yellow gold plated. The gold colored disk are resin covered enamel. The inside of the bracelet measure 6.75 inches and that is including the 1.25 inch gap. My wrist is 7 inches and it is to small for me. You need to have a wrist size of 6 inches to 6.50 inches to wear this gorgeous bracelet. IT IS A VERY THICK HEAVY BRACELET, AND CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED EASILY LIKE MOST CUFF BRACELETS CAN.
