This item was an Amazon return. I have several of these so please see photos as there are two different styles. Option 2 does have some sticky stuff on the front from having tape on it. Option 4 is missing the ring hook. All have been tested (batteries not included) and they do work perfectly! PLEASE NOTE: You have to push and hold the power button for it to turn on! I used this sound machine with both of my children. My 3 year old still sleeps with it!
