Geothermal Heat pump 3 Ton Climatemaster Tranquility 30 ECM Fan stage I purchased this from a local auction for a rental home, it was described as new. After I had it home, I realized it was not new (it shows signs of being connected to piping). I did not want to take the risk of installing this and needing a repair while the rental was occupied so I am listing it for sale instead of doing the install. I do not see any visual signs of damage. You can contact the manufacturer to determine if there would be a warranty.
