Antique American Rocking Horse All Original, possibly Sear and Roebuck 1899! - $750 - (Willard, OH)
As original as you'll find one! I believe everything on this horse is original except maybe the mane. I believe I saw this particular horse in a Sears and Roebuck catalog long before we bought it. I looked through the years 1898-1901 back when a friend had them, then some 10 years later ran into this horse. Either way, a great late 19th, early 20th century rocking horse! It measures 42 inches long by 14 1/4 inches wide at the bottom planks. It measures 29 inches tall at the head, and is 19 1/2 inches from the boards to the saddle. One board is missing, excellent condition otherwise with original paint. Photos to detail it well! Pick up is preferred, but I can try to find a box large enough to ship if needed; probably going to run close to 50-60 to ship.
