Antique Embossed Pen Box with Display & Tray, Sepia Tint Image on Top This is the most impressive pen box I have ever seen. It is 14” wide by 8” deep and 6 ½” high closed (8 ½” open). The whole interior is silk lined. The top opens to display you best pens and an ink bottle along with whatever accessories you choose. It also has a silk lined drawer which will hold 20 pens. All the fittings are brass including a working latch and hinges. The box is made of wood with a black material covering it. It is embossed on the base and around the image on the top of an Elk fighting off wolves done in sepia tones to add to the feeling of age. This is from an estate sale of a local antique collector. It is one of a kind.
