Offering from family collection two Chinese hardwood folding horseshoe-back chairs, as shown in photos below, with curving backsplat, carving and decorative elements. Both chairs show signs of use and aging. Both chairs sturdy, fold easily, show no other major damage (except cracks mentioned next) and strong enough for our test to support a 200 lb adult male. Both chairs have crack with minor wood loss to yoke and shown in photos with blue tape that shows crack in back at near same location. You can repair both cracks in number of ways. However, in this sale both chairs offered As Is from family collection where stored for past five decades with no repair, cleaning, polishing or other work.
