Like new! Tried it twice with my cats, but they didn’t like it. Bottom is removable. It attaches by Velcro. The whole top unzips for top loading or there are 2 doors on the side that unzip. The doors can roll up & attach in place by Velcro. Unit is collapsible & comes with carrying bag. There are also 2 pockets on the sides. 43” long x 43” wide x 25” tall Carrying bag is 28” wide & 21” tall Weighs over 5 lbs. With the dimensions it is considered an oversized package for USPS hence the shipping price.
