EXCELLENT HAND PAINTED ANTIQUE DRESDEN RICHARD KLEMM FEMALE VIGELEHEN PORTRAIT VASE.. EARLY 1900s...Pictured in this auction is a beautiful hand painted Dresden Vase with a Female portrait..I believe the lady's name is Vigelehen. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The heavy gold decoration is in excellent condition also. There is some black residue on the bottom... put there to keep it from tipping over in case of a earthquake..This Vase originally came from California. I haven't tried to remove it..This Vase has been in my collection for 20 years..It measures 9 1/2" tall and has the RK Germany (Richard Klemm Dresden) decorating Studio mark underglaze on the bottom ca. early 1900s.. The ground color has a Lustre finish..please excuse any reflection. No artist signature. Signed Richard Klemm items are scarce. THE SHIPPING CHARGE INCLUDES INSURANCE & TRACKING.
