This unit is in pretty fair overall cosmetic condition with some marks and scratches from normal use as well as some rust. There is also some dirt and dust on the unit as one would expect. It is missing the actual pickup bar that goes against the ground. The tires do hold air. Also missing the gas cap. It idled pretty decently. We revved it up and it came up to speed properly. The fan provided a huge amount of suction, but it did also make a decent bit of vibration. The fan housing could use some work, but it does work for now.
