Vintage "Clean Cut" brand Rotary Cutter . As pictured. This tool is manufactured by the South Richland Machine Company of Pulaski, New York. Cast Iron with plated steel plate, steel rollers. Unit is 7" high X 6 1/2" front to back. The screw holder on the bottom opens to 1" to attach unit to a workbench. 1 1/4" diameter rollers, flat on top, ripple cutter on the bottom. Steel crank with wood handle. Guide adjusts from 0" to 1". Sample of cuts photo #4, brown is leather, tan is cardboard. Made in USA. Vintage unknown, early 20th century (?).
