ANTIQUE LOT OF 30 New/Old GLASS WATCH CRYSTALS '30'S thru '80's & '90's - $8 - (Monticello, KY)
Lot of approximately 30 Replacement Glass Crystals for Wrist Watches -- now often used in crafts projects. New, never used. Most probably from Europe, some definitely from France, imported into the U.S.A. Some were probably made in the USA (I'm guessing.) Some still have manufacturer's labels. Some little packs of probably 3 or 4 are still wrapped in tissue, never opened. I see some labels for Perfit, some for KK, some for VTF and some for W B & C. Over the past 20 to 30 years, I purchased the stocks of crystals and other watch parts from four different jewelry/watch repair shops that had closed. The crystals especially interested me for crafts projects -- I have zero watch repair skills, but do enjoy small amateur crafts projects. Now as I near my 80th birthday I am willing to sell the crystals and other watch parts, since I am not into crafts projects any more. Lot # 1811 -- approximately 30 crystals, maybe 2 or 3 more, for wrist watches and probably other small watches. Three little packs of probably 3 or 4 are still wrapped in tissue, never opened. some circular domes, some rectangular, some very thin, some quite a bit thicker, all of them glass, however.
