RARE 11 LOT ANTIQUE & VINTAGE TEDDY BEAR/ PANDA STEIFF GUND BOYDS MOHAIR JOINTED - $89 - (West Linn, OR)
Description We are pleased to offer a rare lot of 10 teddy bears and 1 panda bear in nice vintage and antique condition. These bears were all Estate Sale finds, and we just decided to group them together and sell them as a lot. Most of them are in very nice condition, but two of them show generous wear, and it may be because they are very old. Specifically, the panda has an eye missing, the body has wear, and the snout is scratched and discolored. The jointed-teddy bear that in shown on the bottom right corner has very soft fur and it is shedding. It also has several patches of fur missing, and we are unsure what kind of fur it is, but it is incredibly soft, like rabbit fur. The one other thing we'd like to point out is that the white Steiff bear has pink discoloration on the face and hand, but it can likely be cleaned (we just did not want to attempt it.) Overall, these bears in very nice condition, but they are vintage and some very old bears, so they will show some wear. However, we have taken many, many detailed and zoomed-in photos so you can see what you will be receiving and so you can bid with confidence. Lastly, the two bears on each end of the bottom row are jointed, the rest are not.
