First you need to sand the block of wood down to slide into the fixture with ease, not sloop, the distance is 1.760 wide so a press fit is best for dimension and best accuracy. Version 1, "BLUE" is designed to maximize the length allowed in BSA rules.The Dimensions are, Hole location .95 from rear stop 0.095 up from fixture surface with a .08 thru hole. The distance or spacing between rear and front axle is 4.460 BSA rules allow up to 4.5 inches. Over all length is 7.0 "Version 2 "black" Is the same as version 1 with the following expectation The distance between rear and front axle is 4.375 with is standard on most BSA blocks.Please state with version you would like. This is for 1 jig fixture only, decide which version you would like. This is for 1 jig fixture only. These are 3D printed plastic drill fixtures the quality is good and the dimensions are accurate.The drill fixture is not attended to be used with power drills there is no drill bushings in the .08 holes, but to help younger racers learn to build a quality car, use a pin vise or t-handle to hold the drill and help them drill the holes in the wood block.
