Sega Nomad Rechargeable Battery Pack for parts - $30 - (Anna, IL)

What we have here is a Sega Nomad Battery Pack that has rechargeable cells. Currently it does light up when plugged into charger(not included) but the voltage only reads between .8-1.8 volts. Since I do not have a Nomad to test it on it is being sold as is. It is structurally in tact and should attach to a Nomad without issue. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
