After many years of collecting I have decided to down size my collection. Grosvenor dollhouse and basement made by The Dolls House Emporium. The fireplaces, floors and nearly all the lights have been stripped out for another project so it is a good renovation project for the next owner. The outside is still in good condition. The size of the house and basement combined is 62" high, 42" wide and 38" deep. The table it stands on is included as well if required. From a non smoking home. The house can be removed from the basement for easy mobility. This is a heavy item so pick up only.
