Vintage Czech Stradivarius Violin Highly Flamed Back Sides Nice - $330 - (East Peoria, IL)

Here is an antique estate Violin with a label inside that reads Copy of Antonius Stradivarius Czecho-Slovakia. Instrument has very nice back and sides with good flame. Instrument has new strings and is set up to play. Finish is a nice rich dark red color and it is in very good shape for its age. Back measures approx 14 1/8" in length and bouts are 8 1/8" and 6 1/2". Nice quality vintage instrument with good carving, fluted f holes etc. A number of noteworthy makers were from Czechoslovakia and I think this is a better than average instrument. Fresh out of an estate and comes in a vintage hard case.
