This is a new, one-of-a-kind, never worn skirt and blouse that I just made. The longer sleeves and neckline of the blouse have ruffles edged with white rick rack. This blouse measures 50" around (pit to pit), therefore fitting up to a 48" bustline comfortably. The skirt has a 6" ruffle around the bottom. It is also edged with white rick rack. The 8 gore skirt is very full and will fit nicely over a full petticoat. The waist measures 30" relaxed and stretches to 40". The skirt measures 21", measured from below the 1-1/2" non-roll elastic waistband, Included are a stretch 3-ring belt and a man's tie. This comes from a totally non-smoking environment.
