It has 3 missing or broken strings. It has a few dings that you can see in the pictures. Small separation in wood on back as seen in pictures. It includes the carry case and it measures approximately 44"x24"x15". I do not play the harp and have no knowledge of them. Please ask any question you may have and I will try to answer them.
