At some point, this book cover had also been covered by a thick plastic film of some type. A very rare historical documentation of this unusual and ill fated project. Has several signatures, including President Zachary Taylor. The only other certificate that we have seen for sale, in good condition, had an asking price of $600. Selling as is.
