Up for auction is this Rare Antique French Cast Iron and Brass/Bronze Ornate Balance Scale. This scale is in Good condition. The scale has a very ornate front and back with Brass or Bronze Griffin Birds on the send, a ship in the middle with 2 people on the sides of the ship. The scale is marked - “N.F.C, Force 10 Kilo” The scale comes with its original hand hammered bowls that sit on top of the scale. The scale looks to be complete except one pointer on the top (please see pictures). The cast iron is in Good condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. The scale is in working condition. Both sides of the scale move up and down as they should. The scale is large. The scale measures approx. - 21 “ wide by 7” tall I took a lot of pictures to show you what you are receiving.
