Vintage Rare Children's Puzzle Western Publishing Company #32407 - $16 - (Viborg, SD)

This is a very unique puzzle, I was not able to find it anywhere on the internet. The puzzle is from Western Publishing Company Inc. Printed in Usa # 32407. I believe its from the 60's but maybe earlier. The puzzle pieces are a hard plastic and say Japan on the back. This is not the orginal wrapping.
