As the new PSL owner, starting in the 2019 season, you can buy future discounted season tickets when the Browns send you the 2019 ticket invoice. You are probably aware that the Browns are no longer selling PSLs. If you don't care much about seat location then buy season tickets from the Browns without a PSL. The bottom line is that if you want "GREAT SEATS" now, you will need to buy from a current PSL owner that has the seat location you want. The PSLs and seat locations are an asset that can be resold after being held one season.
