Traxxas Spartan Brushless RTR RC Boat w/ TQi ROCK-N-ROLL Hull New Motor And ESC - $399 - (Chattanooga, TN)
Traxxas spartan with new rock-n-roll hull. New factory brushless motor and ESC. EVERYTHING has been upgraded on this boat. You will need batteries and a charger. All the exterior components have been upgraded to aluminum, mostly Hot Racing. It also has an upgraded Hot Racing cooling jacket and dual pick up rudder. I bought this boat a few years ago. I recently bought the new rock-n-roll hull and swapped everything over. On the first couple of runs I put a few scratches on it. I banged the nose of the boat against a rock so it’s a little bent (see pics). The prop shaft got twisted on the second run. Thinking it might have put too much strain on the motor and speed control, Traxxas sent me a brand new motor and speed control. The new motor and speed control have never been ran. I bough a new prop shaft and tube. The electronics tray is new. The only thing original and not new is the receiver and transmitter. When the prop shaft bent, is melted a small spot under the electronics tray. It didn’t compromise the integrity of the hull. I put a small amount of epoxy in the grove.
