This is a corded (non rechargeable) electric razor from Philips Norelco, model 6940LC. It's a decent quality standard model, and it works fine. It is in good condition with some wear from age and normal use, and of course could use a bit of a cleaning. See pictures for details. The blades will probably need swapped out soon as well.
